Apartment, five rooms, Carmeliya, Haifa

We recently completed the renovation of a family apartment – one blessed with a magnificent view of the coastal plain in Haifa. Built more than 30 years ago, the apartment needed refreshing. The renovation was extensive, but respectful of a clearly defined budget.

A kitchen wall was partially removed to expand the usable, allowing for more optimal re-design of the immediate area. We fully upgraded the apartment’s two bathrooms. This included an overhaul of the plumbing system, new windows, and new floor tile. Painting was done to revive the space and particularly the original doors. We opted for a neutral color palette, which is favored for rental. It is now the new home of a family with three happy children.
